At Sri Sabari Crackers, we value your satisfaction and strive to ensure every order reaches you safely and in perfect condition. Please read our refund and return policy carefully before making a purchase.
Missing product / item claim
If any product is missing from your order, you must provide a complete unboxing video showing the parcel being opened clearly from start to finish, without any cuts or edits. Claims without an unboxing video will not be accepted.
Once verified, we will refund or replace the missing items subject to availability.
Defective or failed product claim
If any product fails to burst or is otherwise defective, you must share a clear video of the attempt showing the product label and the failure during use.
Without a proper video sample, a refund or replacement cannot be processed.
Once verified, a refund or replacement will be arranged for the defective item only.
Order cancellation / change of mind
If you no longer need the package, you must inform us before the goods are dispatched.
Once the order has been dispatched, no cancellation or refund will be accepted.
Refunds (if applicable) will be made after deducting any payment gateway or handling charges.
General conditions
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 working days after claim approval.
All refund claims must be made within 48 hours of delivery.
Our decision after verification will be final and binding.
